RETURN POLICY FOR MAC INTERIORS AND LUXURY LIMITED

At MAC Luxury Interiors Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your furniture, we’ve outlined our return policy below. Please read through the terms to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return experience.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    We accept returns on most items within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging (if applicable). To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • The item must be returned within 5 days from the delivery date.
    The item must be unused and in its original condition (including packaging, if applicable).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged during shipping.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not eligible for return:
    Custom or made-to-order furniture (unless defective or damaged).
    Sale or clearance items.
  1. Initiating a Return

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Photos of the item (if applicable, especially for damaged or defective items).

Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process, including providing any necessary return labels or instructions.

  1. Return Shipping
    Return Shipping Fees: Unless the item is defective or damaged during delivery, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide a return shipping label for damaged or defective items.
    Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the item meets our return criteria, a refund or store credit will be issued.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include:
  • A replacement of the damaged item.
  • A partial or full refund.
  • Repairing the defective item.

We will cover any associated shipping costs for returning damaged or defective items.

  1. Refunds
    Once your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees (if the return is not due to damage or defect). Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after the return is processed.

7. Restocking Fees
Some items, particularly large or bulk furniture pieces, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the original purchase price if returned for reasons other than damage or defect.

8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order if the item has not yet been shipped. After the item is shipped, the return policy will apply.
